2. What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us. Specifically, when you submit the contact form we receive:

• the name you enter,
• the e-mail address you enter,
• the content of your message.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use this data for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build profiles from it, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

4. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are delivered to our company mailbox and kept there while the enquiry is being handled and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can follow up on the conversation. We remove them once they no longer serve that purpose, and in any case on request.

5. Who else is involved

Your message is transmitted by e-mail through our mail provider, which processes it solely to deliver the message.

Three third-party services are embedded in this website. Each may set its own cookies and receive your IP address when the relevant part of the page loads:

• Tawk.to — the live chat widget. Anything you type into the chat is processed by Tawk.to.
• Google Maps — the map on the contact section.
• YouTube — the project demonstration videos.

6. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set any cookies of its own, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not store anything in your browser. Your language choice is carried in the page address, not in storage.

The third-party embeds listed above may set cookies under their own policies, which are outside our control.

This website is served over HTTPS, and submissions are rate-limited and validated before being processed. Access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited data involved.

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
